I paid my VoIP Unlock Key a few years back. And I ported the number out.
Will I be able to use the VoIP Unlock Key on a new number? Or do I have to pay the VoIP Unlock Key again?

If I paid $99, and after two years, I ported the number out, will I lose the $99 totally? Or I can get a new number to use?
