Ok, tried voip4 and still hung up. Restarted both router and ATA and now everything works on voip4.

FYI, I have have the same issue. I switched to voip2 and although the calls don't go straight to voicemail, if I pick up the call, it hangs up after 2 seconds. Will try voip4 and report back.

Yes, myself and a friend have the same problem today. Seems like a global outage.
