I use a different phone soundpoint ip5000, only one line to make sure that there is no other lines on the phone. As I mentioned before it was working for years inbound/outbound calls. I have a Polycom soundpoint IP650, It used to received calls, for more than a week now it doesn't received any inbound calls. The only thing that needs to be changed is the sip registrar server. voip2.freephoneline.ca. That's it. Whether you are using polycom phones, asterisk or pap2, just change the sip registrar server to voip2.freephoneline.ca

I just tested it and yes there is inbound call but no audio.
