I have new account. I configured Sipura and when I call I always get message "this account number is not valid". I get a signal and device is registered with free phone line.
How can I fix this error?

Fpl does not work properly since Dec 16th. I have two lines and both are working interemitently. MORE DOES NOT WORK THEN WORK. PAP2 says on line, but no phone signal. Sometimes cannot register. Phone us useless from Dec 16. Cannot be used. ONly good thing is voicemail is working and getting messages...

I ahve had a problems since Dec 16th.
My phone is down now.

Is there any sisue on FPL side?

Not any more cheap or competitive rates. Without those 4 cents rates are not competitive. I was rally, because of great service, used their oversees service, but with new pricing FPL is more than doable time priced to completion for some countries. Be carful when use it. Oversees rate significant increase I am using FPL for all oversees calls. I mostly call Serbia. A few days a go rate has been increase more than 3 times, from 7.5 cents to 22 cesnts. All other providers use the normal rates, only FPL increased them. This si not small increase and it is unjustified. ...

We are having the issue every day for last two months. Today every call was dropped.

It is happening with calling Rogers, Bell, or anybody.
It is happening with income calls to.
I am using rogers high speed.
May area code is 416.
Using Pap 2.
It is happening recently, maybe last month.
Before that it was working well.

I chnaged prefec code to No. and it does work.
