Experiencing same issue. On my account it was enabled however it is showing as "Disabled" on FollowMe settings page.
Follow me is working as it was set before but I can't change its settings now. If I press submit on Disabled as selection it shows an error page

I cannot get past the "Purchase login page" at https://www.freephoneline.ca/purchaseLogin After entering credentials and clicking on "send", the login page starts to "load" but stays at same login page. I tried logging into site before and then going to credits purchase...
