Re: Issues with Incomming calls ?
I'd like to thank you for all the recommendations. You are awesome. After further investigation, I swapped out my Asus router (running asuswrt-merlin firmware) with a ubiquiti edgerouter Lite I had lying around. Well, everything worked flawlessly with close to default settings.. So obviously it was ...

Re: Issues with Incomming calls ?
Thank you for the quick feedback. I'll run a few more tests on my end. Just find it strange. Have not changed anything on my obi202, and neither on my router.. And it just started. It's been great for years. Funny part, is I got 1 call that came in about 1hr ago, but that's it Nothing since. I've ev...

[SOLVED] Incoming calls using Asus routers
Is there presently any issues with Incoming calls ? I haven't changed anything, and since yesterday evening, all incoming calls, seem to timeout (no ringing on callers end) but then go straight to voicemail. No changes to network setup recently. All has been working fine for years.. Rebooted router ...

Re: No Incoming Calls - 18 January 2021
I changed the server port to " voip2.freephoneline.ca " and incoming calls now work fine and well as of course outgoing which always worked. How did you make the change? Depends on your ATA. It would be in your ATA configuration. If you have an Obi device however, and you configured it th...

Re: Scheduled Maintenance Jan.18 and 19, 2021
Same here.. Outbound calls are fine. Inbound go straight to voicemail Just rebooted ATA and no difference.
EDIT: As mentioned in another thread, "I changed the server port to " voip2.freephoneline.ca " and incoming calls now work fine...."
For now it is working using voip2

Re: FPL Not Working Outgoing or Incoming
I got a voicemail around 2pm EST. Made a call around 3:30pm EST. But now all I get is the message "you reached the limit for the simultaneous call", even trying to check voicemail (*98) give same message. I tried voip and voip2 and made no difference. Incoming calls say that "caller i...

Re: Possible service interruption for some users Dec 19th, 2
For nearly 2 weeks now, every 1 or 2 days I need to power cycle my SPA2102 and it then reconnects... I thought it was my ATA, and was going to try configuring my Cisco ATA186, but considering how many people have issues, I doubt it is my ATA... Luckily it is on my second home line for the kids, so n...

Re: MWI - Message Waiting Indicator not working
Well mine was working up until last weekend. Last weekend I picked up some new phones, and moved the location of my ATA to connect to home wiring. Since then, no longer even get the quick stuttered dial tone.. Everything else works fine, and is super clear. I was originally using a Cisco ASA5505 as ...
