I don't know what improvements you guys did but now the call display works perfectly for both in and out since few weeks ago. Before it worked well sometimes but sometimes it didn't.

When I logged in to my account, under 'my details' tab it is showing 'Certified - 911 emergency dialing service readily available' but under the 'e911' table it is showing 'Non-Certified - 911 emergency service not available'.

Please confirm which info is correct.

as of May 1st 7:30am, I am still having the problem.

ATA's status shows registered but can't make or receive any call, all go to died air. This happens some times but not always.
