As Jake says, the PAP2 has nothing to do with WIFI. It you have separate accounts on each ATA then there should be no problem with SIP/voip as long as each ATA has its own internal IP and set of ports forwarded from the router. Long shot but check the power supply (should be 5 volts + a little off load) as they sometimes degrade and this can result in poor performance from the ATA.

How are you trying to call? I assume that you must be using your PC or a tablet (ie. freephoneline is not the SIP device name)

Try going through the reboot cycle. Turn off the PAP2, router and modem and wait 10 minutes. Then, turn on the modem,wait until connected and then turn on the router - once connected then turn on the ATA. Does it work?

Yes, your problem almost certainly come for failing to forward required port from the router to the ATA. You might find that running STUN will do the trick.

You need to make sure that you have configured your computer to allow port 13000 to be used. That would be in whatever fire wall configuration that the computer has.

It seems that you have not given your ATA a fixed IP and forwarded ports. For now, power down your router (or equivalent) and ATA, wait 10 minutes and then power up the router followed by the ATA.
