I am not sure if it is me or anyone else but my phone is not working since last night. I live in Toronto and my ISP is Rogers. Is there any update on settlings? How do I contact tech support for trouble shooting? My VOIP modem is Linksys WRTP54G 2FXS.

I had same issue but I did a factory reset and followed the steps as mentioned on above link and now it is working without issues since last 2 weeks.

I followed the steps from this link - http://forum.fongo.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=7962 and it solved my recent problems of delay while incoming & outgoing calls and caller ID

no in coming or outgoing since 12 pm EST, I am in toronto.

Unfortunately I don't, I am surprise not many people are complaining. For testing I even tried the follow-me feature and shut down the ATA completely to have calls forwarded to my cell phone but same delay.... delay of 15-19 seconds while calling out and in coming calls are more than 25-30 seconds d...

I did factory settings but still same issue, caller ID display after hanging up the phone. Caller ID is meant to decide to know who's calling but it is not working, not sure why???

I have Linksys WRTP54G 2FXS, since last 2 weeks I have weird issue when someone calls my caller ID displays "Incoming Call" instead of number or name but I can see their number after hanging up in the phone review. I tried everything but nothing works (*25 or *65)

Any suggestions?
