Re: Second Incoming Call - "Unavailable"
Also surprising -- if I was out of channels altogether, why wouldn't they send to voicemail? They don't make money on the phone call that ends in the intercept.

Re: Second Incoming Call - "Unavailable"
Only one channel being used there -- the first incoming call is being answered on my ATA (not a simul-ring PSTN number), same number of channels used for one outbound call.
And it wasn't that way before (I've been a loyal FPL user for years now).

Second Incoming Call - "Unavailable"
Sort of a "call waiting" issue here. If I place an outbound call and am talking with the far end, and a call comes in, call waiting and simultaneous call forward works perfectly. All good. However, if I'm on and incoming call and a second incoming call comes in, no SIP message is sent to m...

Re: Cities/Ratecentres for DID expansion
Peterborough and Campbellford, ON have exchagnes that show as "Assigned" but not "In Service" for Fibernetics... I'm hoping that's a good sign.

Re: US Virtual Numbers
Yep, I'm just checking in as I do monthly for word on when virtual numbers may be available. I'd love to have one in the LCA for Warkworth, ON (includes Peterborough, ON) for instance.

Additional Phone Numbers still "coming soon"?
Do we have the ability to add additional phone numbers to our account yet? I am an FPL customer with a SIP configuration file and will be moving out to Vancouver at the beginning of October, and would love to keep my existing number as well start using my new number as my wife seeks out a job there....

Re: Forwarding call to a US cell phone
Have you tried forwarding it from within the ATA? I can't test it because I have a PBX set up, but it might be worth you spending 5 minutes testing. Hi Jake... Absolutely I could, but that doesn't meet my needs unfortunately. I can't rely on my ATA due to power & network issues at the location....

Re: Forwarding call to a US cell phone
Mike... is "at the moment" foretelling of changes to come? I've been hoping/wishing/asking for this for a long time (being able to forward to toll numbers - I'm even willing to pay for it!).

Re: How can I disable auto-renewal for LD credti?
indeed, I too would like to disable auto-loading. While I was happy to give my LD to freephoneline in the past, the way this latest "connection fee" fiasco was handled makes me rethink things.
Can I disable auto-loading without calling into the office?

Re: Forwarding to US number with LD credit
Ignoring our spammer above--
Does anyone from FPL have an update? I'd still like to forward to a Canadian off-net number and occasionally a US number (while still paying for LD!)

Re: Forwarding to US number with LD credit
Any news now? I want to be able to forward to a US number (and pay LD, of course) frequently. I also want to be able to forward to an off-net number in Canada (705-924) and also get "The number can not be used as FollowMe number".

I too am trying to forward to a number not in the free calling area -- I have a valid LD voucher, yet the web interface states: The number can not be used as FollowMe number.
Can someone from fpl let me know what exactly are the rules for FollowMe? Can we use a FollowMe outside the free area?
