I can't receive call either. For last year and half the freephoneline was working fine. However for last few months it become terrible. Service up and down. For now I am able to make calls but cannot receive.

I am not sure what happened but my phone was just cut of while I was speaking today on July 1st around 9A.M. Also it was not my internet or adapter because the same adapter second line was working fine with a different VOIP provider. Is anybody else experienced this. Thank you
