Everything has been up and solid so far.

Ditto outgoing is good... incoming is kaput.

Hopefully they fix all this and give us some info about what happened, hopefully this work being done is so we don't have further interruptions.

any updates... just came back from holiday and it was dead. rebooted my spa112 and it registered. i have it set to 3600 for re-reg.

You guys set your retry to 3600 to see if it registers and works?

I have set mine to 3600 i get dialtone and dialout is iffy, but after a few tries i do connect.

New thing is i cannot take any incomming calls... they get disconnected... ougoing is still iffy.

are you using 711u? if so try 729a.

I had to make a call and it was LD... i paid and made the call immidiatly and it worked fine.

I have used both and after using magicjack i was very skeptical with fpl as it is jsut another voip service and i have been nothing more than impressed i have had 0 problems and most have no idea i am using voip.

What about your call display.. does it show correctly for the receiving party or shows a local halifax number? It shows the same local Halifax number (902)482-8086 when I call most of the local telcos. the caller id works fine when I call my magicjack with a Halifax number, or when I called the now...
