Setting VM rings in-app is great, but it would be even better if there was the call forwarding/simultaneous ring management as well.

I tried using DV to call a local pizza place in Ottawa (area code 613) that has a 310-XXXX number but said it was not a local call. Are all 310 numbers blocked and are there any plans to enable them at some point?

I haven't tried using the built-in Android SIP app, but using the regular Dell Voice client on 3G was working fine for me. The quality is fine, no problems.

Having time is also important. I might not want the phone to ring at home if it is for me, because my wife would answer it instead, thinking it is a call for her. So in that case would rather have it simultaneously ring at work and cell but not home during the day, then at home in the evenings.

This is an issue for me as well, trying to use FPL and DellVoice, and my wife's account not being able to follow-me to a common number.

I just tried this myself. If you create an account using the PC application, you can then go to the Dell Voice iOS app, and log in with the same account and it works just fine. So everyone should create their accounts using the PC or Android app to make sure they don't limit themselves in the future...

I'm using Rogers with Dell Voice on an iPhone and it works fine, so they are not blocking it.

It seems very quiet as well for me. Same thing for picking up VM using Dell Voice. The VM woman's voice that says how many messages you have is a normal volume, but the actual messages that play back are also quiet.

I have also noticed that even when the iPhone is unlocked and the Dell Voice app is in the background, a notification will come up at the top of the screen that a call is coming, but it only stays there for a couple of seconds and then disappears before I have a chance to press it and miss the call.

Another updated. It has now been 1 hour since I did a manual logout of the Dell Voice app on my phone and it still rings 5 times before ringing the follow me number. It seems that unavailable detection is broken for me.

Yes, I force quit the application. I did not manually logging off because it is pain to re-enter your credentials every time. It would be great if the app developers could put a hook into the App Shutdown event and then de-register with the network as the app exits so the users dont need to re-enter...

I'm seeing the same thing with the iPhone app.

Also, 3 people have called and left voice mail, and only 1 message was ever stored. The other 2 never made it into the system. Are you seeing that as well?
