Maybe you can just edit your address (the 911 info fields) by login in to the website. I deleted my accounts and used that to create two working accounts. Hope this helps.

I think I found what is the problem with all those people having the same problem I had... I used google chrome to create my accounts. When I had to enter my address, I used the auto-fill function of chrome... and your form don't parse the info entered in the postal code field when I use auto-fill. ...

There is definitely something wrong...
