I get this too. I've tried everything I can think of and my friend has tried too. Getting the same error that port 13000 needs to be opened, but it is.

Im able to login with the desktop and android apps, but both are unable to connect to the Fongo servers (I do have the ports forwarded to my PC). This is on Windows 7 as well as the Android app.

Problems Connecting to Dell Voice
I'm having an issue connecting to Dell Voice. I've tried a few different devices as well as forwarding ports to my desktop PC. On my tablet as well as my PC I can login but there's no connection to the server.
