Can somebody help me on steps how to configure Linksys PAP2T-NA to block a list of phone numbers. They're a list of 1-800-xxx-xxxx telemarketing numbers. Thanks

I just tried faxing out by connecting Windows 7 pc to phone cable which connects to line 1 on Linksys PAP2T-NA. I can hear fax tone continuously but it ends up in busy line. Anyone have any luck faxing out? Also any way to fax straight to the ip address of the Linksys PAP2T-NA bypassing the phone ca...
