I only started noticing this problem today: A caller to my Freephoneline number can successfully record a voicemail message. However, no message is shown in the "mailbox" tab and no email is sent. The calls show up in "call logs". My "Enable voicemail to email" setting...

Again, two calls incoming on the 20th. One incoming today on the 25th at 09:50 didn't go to voicemail or get recorded according to callers that emailed me.

Voice being chopped up is frequently the result of internet speed. The recommended minimum internet speed is 1Mbps+. If you have something less than this, you may have issues.
