The FAQ talks about "Unable To Receive Incoming Calls", but I am able to receive and make phone calls.

The only issue is voice quality.

When I talked to my friends, I could hear them well, but they complained that only 70% of conversation was heard due to poor voice quality. I used ipad to test wireless speed of Rogers internet. Download: 20M/s Upload 3M/s. Cell: Samsung Galaxy S4 I have no idea how to improve the voice quality. BTW...

I did not understand that I had used other IP phone for many years, and there was never such an issue.

When I used I talk BB, I never configured any routers no matter where I moved. Internet speed did affect voice quality of I talk BB, but there was never offline issue.

I have fongo in my ipad, but I also want to install FPL in ipad.

According to instruction in the page, I tried to install FPL app in ipad, but it does not install after download the software. Any help will be appreicated.

I could send fax with FPL to most friends. However, some fax could not be sent with FPL while rogers land line works, such as CGA accounting association and Toyota credit centre.

after outgoing is back, incoming call is out of service

outgoing call in Toronto area is back to normal, but incoming call is out of service at10:00PM Jan16

FPL is frequently out of service in large area in recent 2 two months. How could we have confidence?

What happened to FPL in recent 2 monthes?

yesterday I experienced someproblems again:

1 . Phone was out of service, and ATA phone light was off. The service was back to normal after rebooting ATA (linksys PAP1).

2. Call display is unreliable, and I missed some friends' call.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Until today FPL is still constantly on and off, and it seems no one takes care of the issue so far. No official statement was posted by FPL.

My FPL is still unreliable. service is On and off all the time. There was never such issue in I-talkbb during past years.
