*Update* Seems my DCM476 cable modem from Teksavvy is rebooting itself occasionally causing internet to drop for 30seconds or so. Well turns out, it doesn`t like having`&`in the caller display. Used `+`instead and all is well.

I have a Spa3102 with latest firmware connected to cable modem directly, and I can receive incoming calls, but all outgoing calls get a fast busy. Any idea what's going on?
