I just switched registration time from 3600 to 180 the other day as a workaround to issues with a dead line which I'm attributing to rebooting of cable modem. Both of my ATAs were down this morning, power cycled them which fixed them for a few minutes, have since put one to 2400 to get it working lo...

*Update* Seems my DCM476 cable modem from Teksavvy is rebooting itself occasionally causing internet to drop for 30seconds or so. Once it comes back up the FPL line goes dead to incoming calls until an outgoing call is made or the ATA re-registers. So I reduced the registration time from 3600 to 180...

I just experienced the same issue again for a third time in the past couple days. I was trying to reach my wife but our fpl number was not ringing (it does go to busy signal after about 10sec). Well turns out, it doesn`t like having`&`in the caller display. Used `+`instead and all is well.

New customer with Fast Busy on all outgoing calls

I have a Spa3102 with latest firmware connected to cable modem directly, and I can receive incoming calls, but all outgoing calls get a fast busy. Any idea what's going on?
