I am not able to access both my free phone lines today (29Aug13)

Rebooted the voip adapter several times

Is there a maintenance shutdown on the system. Please advise.

Yes I am having the same problem. I though it was my router.Since you are experience the same problem, it may be a system problem

That is surprising - when I first signed up for Free-phone line a year back - I was told that the ATA supplied by you was not pre-programmed. I had to do the programming with the SIP data provided.

I cannot call an outgoing number - I get a busy tone. However, I can get incoming calls. I have a second fongo line on the same VOIP adapter - the settings for both are the same except for phone number and password. The second number can make incoming and outgoing calls. Please can you help me on this
