2 weeks now after number has been ported. still cannot receive calls from non fongo/freephoneline #.

i can receive calls fine from fongo/freephonline #


not using router

phone adapter is directly connected to modem having internet IP not 192.168.x.x ip

i have having exact same problem. my phone # is 604-565 8824 (six-zero-four-five-six-five-eight-eight-two-four)

i can only receive calls from another fongo/freephoneline # . otherwise it says "not in service"

i just ported in the number
and cannot receive calls after porting in the number


but i can receive calls if call is made from another fongo/freephoneline phone #.

tech support is refusing to help me.

what should i do?

If you dial out using your FPL account, is it showing the CORRECT (ported) # or the old FPL-based # in caller ID? if i dial out using FPL account, it shows Correct ported # on the "caller ID" when i call to ask for tech support that "porting didn't complete properly" they refuse ...
