I reset my ATA to factory settings and reconfigured it according to the instructions provided and now it works. Thanks for helping.

My ATA configuration didn't change for three years, so don't know why configuration would be the problem. Anyway I reconfigured my ATA according to the doc, and still no incoming calls. Status shows "registered".

I have freephoneline home phone with SPA2102, but the problem is not with the ATA , according to the call log message. "Unallocated (unassigned) number" Thanks.

That's what I see in the calls log: "Unallocated (unassigned) number"

I have all the correct settings and still have problem with incoming calls. (outgoing calls work).
Very frustrating as it happens a lot recently.

I'm having the same problem - almost every day I have registration failures, until I reboot my adapter. My second provider on another line works fine, which makes me think the problem is not with my router or ATA.

Yes, it happened today again at around 4-5pm. I had to reboot my ATA and it started working. It's not easy to replicate since it happens randomly and then it may start to work by itself. When incoming calls don't work, there is nothing in the call log.

I can't get incoming calls today either, outbound works fine. This is a known problem with Freephoneline/Fongo lately, but they wouldn't admit it.
