Same story. Text messaging worked fine until I ported my number Dec 6. For a few days, incoming messages were converted to voice. This issue resolved and I can receive text messages. The text message is now working, I hope that it doesnt go down again. But like I said, if you buy a service and that service doesnt work for lets say 7 days and you paid for 31, the system should add those 7 days on the package you have. They can easily credit the days added.
