Acanac fixed their cable issue yesterday. I tested voip.freephoneline.ca. It was working just fine.
I can confirm that my service down issue was Acanac related.

Hoping Acanac cable issue will be resolved soon so I can try switching back to voip.freephoneline.ca.

Register Expires was already set to 3600.
Do you have any explanation why voip.freephoneline.ca is not working any more? And... How come more people are not complaining about this?

After switching from voip.freephoneline.ca to voip2.freephoneline.ca i got the signal and all lights on my Linksys PAP2 device are on. Desktop app is showing 'SIP Status: connected'. Everything seems to be back to normal. Why voip.freephoneline.ca is not working any more that is a mystery to me. Man...

The other line on my device is working fine. Thar rules out the possibility that device is not working properly.

I didn't make any SIP changes to my device for the last 3 years. It suddenly stopped working yesterday.

I lost service yesterday here in Kitchener, ON and it is still down. Anyone else having the same problem?

The same issue here in Kitchener, Ontario.
This silence from Fongo is hard to understand.

That was the first I checked...No matter what number I set there, the phone is not ringing at all. It goes straight to VM.
The only way I was able to make it work is to connect the ATA to the back of my router.
It used to be Modem->ATA->Router->PC.
Now it is Modem->Router->ATA/PC.

Set my Linksys 2102 ATA adapter with settings I received from FreePhoneLine. When I finished, I checked my connection on their web site. It says SIP Status: connected. I can make outgoing calls now, seems pretty clear. Problem is receiving, it goes straight to voicemail. Voicemail works fine, it can...
