Quick update, Everything running smooth again no hiccups or interruptions, what ever it was guess they fixed it cause everything back to normal.

I am also having the same problem, no incoming caller voice, When I initiate the call though everything works fine.

Any solution to this or is this part of the outage that they were having earlier this week, with ATA disconnecting often.

Please help with a fix.

I also have been experiencing Lots of disconnects, When I unplug the ATA I will be connected for a short period and then disconnected
Whats going on?
