I had to adjust many things one of which was port settings to 5090 or 5060 a bunch of tweaking with the dlink router all of which I am unfamiliar with the terms and what they do. Set reset too many settings to remember. I've taken out the dlink and replaced it with my providers wifi cable modem. Hoo...

Stellar support phone up and running

My phone can finally receive calls. I had a much bigger issue than what the December problems were and Fongo in the last few days came through HUGE. Truly impressed with the tech support. Thanks a million.

While its great to have a network status page showing that incoming calls are working. It is in fact NOT working as I just tested. Now what Fongo!!!? I'll send an email (again) to tech support as your Status thread says. Other than that????

Agreed this needs to get fixed. Quick. It's been well over a month. Yesterday I was home sick in bed and put my iPhone on Do Not Disturb and the wife was trying to text and call my cell then the Fhongo line....she couldn't get through since it conks out in the afternoon.

Mines not free. I'm not part of Free Phone Line or whatever it's called. I pay $5 a month. So both services are not working too well I guess.

Not getting incoming calls again. Damn it. Thanks for the info but I want to hold off as Fongo Support is looking into it. Don't want to change something on my end just yet. I wont even call tech support until he/she is done looking into it. My ATA is HT701. HOPEFULLY Fongo Support keeps me updated.

Came home to my ATA flashing on the PHONE led light. Thought the worst. Had a voicemail that worked and called the house via my cell and the call came through. ATA is all green lights now. I am able to receive calls. I last rebooted my ata yesterday afternoon. So either it was that or it was something on your end.

5 hours after resetting ata I gotta do it again as I can no longer receive calls. Other than resetting it I think we're SOL until they fix it.

Still not receiving calls even with all 4 lights lit up on my grand steam. I have to unplugg my device for it to work. PM'd Mike with the details. Anybody else having this problem?
