After dialing a number program seems to lock up and freeze although it continues to call the number. It eventually unfreezes but the othe end has hung up by then. Doesn't seem to matter wether on Wifi or 3g network

Check through any and all settings for anything that relates to TOUCH TONES or DTMF tones. Note what your current settings are, change to something else, try the call again, see what happens. I don't have a 2102 so I can't say where the setting is, but have a poke around in the ATA and find the DTMF tones setting and try a different type.

I am having a problem when dialing long distance. I use worldline and dial a local access number. This part works fine. Thanks Jake I have spoke with them a few times but the deny that the problem lies with them. I have also heard they block ports also but do not know that for sure. I suspect now it is my Ip provider. I use Xplornet wireless broadband. I also use freephoneline line on my iPhone and it works when connected to some wifi but not so good on 3G network. I have been experimenting over the last couple of days. Voyage will not work either with my home Internet.

I have the ATA router before the home router so the port forwarding is not the problem. I believe it is something on freephoneline end

I tried fowarding the ports but that didn' t work. I put the voip router in front of the main router and it seems to work fine. I will leave it this way
