After dialing a number program seems to lock up and freeze although it continues to call the number. It eventually unfreezes but the othe end has hung up by then. Doesn't seem to matter wether on Wifi or 3g network

I don't have a 2102 so I can't say where the setting is, but have a poke around in the ATA and find the DTMF tones setting and try a different type.

Thanks Jake I have spoke with them a few times but the deny that the problem lies with them. I have also heard they block ports also but do not know that for sure. I suspect now it is my Ip provider. I use Xplornet wireless broadband. I also use freephoneline line on my iPhone and it works when connected to some wifi but not so good on 3G network. I have been experimenting over the last couple of days. Voyage will not work either with my home Internet.

It does the same thing using the SIP program on the computer
