Thank you for your reply. SPA5xx is not an ATA it is a 100% IP phone digital (nothing analog here). There are a lot more options in a Cisco SPA5xx than any ATA. Take a look, you won't be disappointed. Yes, is not easy to setup as a regular ATA, a little more fancy and a lot more options. I will play...

I am having hard time with Call centers that call me all the time from area code that I am not talking at all.
Is there a way to block the incoming calls from a specific area code?

To access your voicemail from your phone you can either dial *98, or call your FPL number (so you call yourself from your phone) and you should get the voicemail system.

The regular calls works.
I suspect that this is related with the DIal plan string set.

In your PAP Web interface check what is the status of registration.
It can be you router, the IP assigned etc.
PAP web interface (admin) is very usefull to diagonse your issues.
