I'm in Markham, Ontario and my voip # 416-623-####. I"m tried calling 416-299-#### and 647-281-#### but nothing seems to work. It was working perfectly but it all stop this Thursday night. I can not make calls out or receive any calls in.

Need help. My phone was working fine for two years but all of a sudden I"m getting message you do not have enough credit for this call. I'm making a local call to my cell phone. Now I can't dial in or out.

I have also tried some 905 phone number such but all it does is just go silent but when i check my log it says it was connected successfully. But I could not hear anything at all and the other side could not hear me either.
