by follow the suggestion, I open a support ticket , someone force a registration on my account and the call is working
I can confirm now the call is working, I can hear voice when make call or receive call

can't hear other side voice when make call or receive call
since Tues (Feb 18), my FPL can't hear other side voice, other side can hear my voice. it happen on both outgoing and incoming call, i use it for long time and no issue
my ISP is Acanac DSL, I already power off my DSL modem/route a few times

today, I had the same problem, other people ( no matter they call me or I call them) can not hear my voice, I am in Montreal. switch to voip2.freephoneline.ca solve the problem, but don't know how long it can last , suddenly some many users have the same problem, I believe most of them not change an...
