Hello, I would like to let my current Fongo Wireless LTE Plan run out and no renew. How do I do that? I log into my Fongo Wireless account and I don't see a option to stop renewing my monthly LTE plan. I do not have a credit card on file with Fongo Wireless as I use PayPal to pay for my monthly fees...

One of the main reason I ported over to Fongo is the ability to place and receive calls anywhere with internet.

Will Fongo work in Asia? In particular, Hong Kong and Mainland China (I will use VPN to connect to server elsewhere to bypass the great china firewall)?

I am getting this message when I try to make a call "this account is blocked". As well, my SIP device (obi202) is showing the error "Register Failed: 401 Unauthorized (server=208.65.240.44:5060; retrying)". Is my account somehow blocked? FYI, I bought my SIP Account for a few wee...

I finally got a static IP enter to my OBI202!

In the device webpage, I see this error in "SP1 Service Status":

Register Failed: 401 Unauthorized (server=208.65.240.44:5060; retrying)


I am using freephoneline.ca as my SIP provider, could it be the account itself??

I forgot to mention, when I try dialing, the automated message keep saying "this account is blocked"....

Is still not working... Anyone know how to reset obi202? I try the button underneath the device, but doesn't reset... I want to key in my own ip so I can control the traffic better. I have a Cisco ASA firewall that I can open up wide open in terms of port but i need to key in a static ip to obi202...
