according to some research , the thomson DCM475 is always in bridge mode. Does that mean that your recommendation to put it in bridge mode will not apply to this situation?

i agree, it does sounds like a codec issue. I paid for the G729 codec.

does anyone have a suggestion for a better app perhaps? maybe zoiper plain sucks and cannot handle codecs properly.

So far, I tried with CSIPsimple and it works. Something about zoiper that I am not aware of how to setup. I don't like CSIPsimple because it doesn't consistently receive phone calls to my mobile. Zoiper was fantastic for that.

Hey Admin, I guess when it's free (or practically free), we cannot complain too much. What's the nature of this and many other outrages? this just happened 20 minutes ago. at first none of my calls were able to connect. I reset my PAP2 and now it's just not working at all. it says on my PAP2 "can't connect to login server"

is there a problem on FPL's end?

I changed the the prefered codec to "no" and it worked.

does this mean this is THE fix? or just a temporary by-pass?

i've been experiencing the same issue. incoming calls going straight to voicemail.

the only think I've done since this new issue is that I've checked my voicemail.... lol I don't think that's what caused it.
