Re: free for how long
It will be "free" for as long as the owner does not sell the company. The moment its sold to another company. The new company will have the rights to start implementing a low monthly "fee" of maybe $5 or something. Anything can happen, but enjoy while you can. my question is it i...

1-800 add-on option
It is time to have this add-on feature for all current users that want to purchase the 1-800 number to tack onto their existing line. I personally know 5 users on here that would not mind paying a monthly fee for the 1-800 add-on feature.

Re: No Incoming or outgoing calls
Yes! Confirmed! As of right now, 7:29PM (Pacific Time), freephoneline server is down. Both incoming & outgoing calls get fast busy signal. This is what happens when something is "FREE". Can't expect too much guys.

Re: Porting without needing to buy config file
We should also have an option for customers that want to port over and not have to purchase the config file. Some customers prefer to use softphone interface only and buy long distance vouchers instead.

LD - Remaining Credit Monitor?
This option is for users that pay for the Long Distance Credits. It would be nice to be able to see how much LD credits we have left inside our profile.

Re: LD Follow me
Actually, does it make any difference at all even if its an international number? What if one travels outside the country? It would be nice to have it "follow me" to another country abroad. Since we are paying for the LD credits, we might as well make full use of it right?

Now that we are able to buy Long Distance credits, it would be nice to be able to "Follow Me" to a long distance number. This should be a simple feature to add.

Long Distance - Detail Log
You should add in a long distance detail usage log for people that buys the LD vouchers, so they know exactly how many minutes they used, and how many minutes remaining. It should be pretty easy to add in this log into each profile.

Re: E911 Disabled completely??
The "real" reason why its considered "secondary" is because the technology is not fully there yet. Pretty much all VOIP providers are still experiencing TONS of bugs. The ONLY VOIP phone provider that is working properly at the moment is SHAW. All the other guys like Vonage, Acan...

Re: E911 Disabled completely??
Why not disable it completely, so that one cannot use it to dial 911 at all? Basically, in Layman's terms, each user should have a "choice" to choose whether if they want "911" service on their line or not. They should have this "right". After all, VOIP is really intend...

E911 Disabled completely??
It has come to my attention regarding the pain & grief regarding this 911 service confirmation. Personally, I think its a real pain in the ass. What happens when a customer moves out of the country?? Most of the time, FPL is setup for another person without any knowledge of computers, etc. Rather...
