I wonder if I could configure the 2 lines to the same phone number? I'd like to have one output line go to my cordless phone and the other go to the wall jack to feed the other jacks around the house. I'm using a splitter now but I don't like it.

As long as it's two-stage dialed or calling card, then yep. For obvious reasons we can't place a landline-style of long distance on your line from another provider, nor can 10-11 or 10-10 providers be used because they are exclusive to Bell Canada (and a few other ILECs) What happens when I make di...
