Hello. Over past month, the person on the other end of the phone frequently complains about my voice breaking up. I hear the person perfectly fine though.
I have Rogers Lite and my router is D-Link WBR-1310
Any help is appreciated. My wife is getting annoyed!

Yes I put 1(one) in front of my ported number in the "UserId" field. I've restarted my computer, used Firefox instead of internet explorer, deleted all history, password, temporary int files, etc. One thing I do notice is the "Password" field fills 13 asteriks (*) but the VOIP pa...

I did a manual reset on my adapter and entered all the settings again. In the ATA password I entered the password which was issued to me when I paid for the voip unlock key.

Hi, I am using an SPA112 and have "Display Name" configured to show my name. But when I call out, people tell me it's showing "Unknown Caller" on their caller id.
