Interesting error. Clear cache, reboot, retry. I just created a throw-away account (and then deleted it) and the system appears to be working correctly!

I am having trouble also completing the call to you (as per your PM). The call does not seem to set up whatsoever in my softphone. It shows in the logs at the bottom as a 0-second call (very bottom of the call log) but nothing goes thru. The message you are getting, sounds like a TELUS ERROR message...
