had a call @ 10:45am result was choppy (sound like a cell phone in never never land with 1/2 a bar).
my FPL registers but doesn't work, called my FPL and it was a busy line no answer machine

beverly, You may want to try another phone handset in order to eliminate the one you are using as a possible culprit. I haven't noticed any audio problems like that with the FPL network and I'm usig the same ATA as you. this one is not related to just FPL cause it happens with MJ. its either two ph...

i barely use the phone but nothing yet. no complains so far from the misses. she barely uses the phone also as the dropped calls were happening. i'll encourage her to use it more often. no promises tho. Oooo a call from the Doc

First time i used 911 and i asked them after the cancelled emergency where do i live?... they said "i don't have anything on you on screen" this might be a problem if you can't talk.. they have a number, as they called back but not a name nor an address.

does the router PPPoE out or the modem does it... try plugging the ATA in the dsl modem if the modem is PPPoEing out. if this works then its the router. you could try dmz the ATA and see if that does it..

set to 180.. it's in your SIP setting tab when you log in.

if power is lost or the network goes down, just power cycle the ATA when the network is up.
it should work before 180 sec but for some reason on my end i have the power cycle it

man o man, i do wish there was an easyer way to do remote assistance (than MSN Messenger) your computer to see whats going on over there.
