Deleted VMs show up repeatedly
For the past one week, the deleted VMs show up repeatedly on VM box. It has made me big confusions, since VMs all show current time when I get them on VM box and e-mails (even the VMs are many days old). Anyone has same issue?

Hi pychen2001, i would strongly suggest calling and speaking to one of our customer service representatives about this issue. If they are unable to resolve it, they will be able to escalate the issue internally.

Re: Deleted VMs show up repeatedly
Same thing happened with me - unfortunately, I deleted the VMs from my mailbox.
FWIW, all messages that 'came back' were originally left on May 24th and 25th. Not sure if it was related to the service outages or not.

Re: Deleted VMs show up repeatedly
Mike, my mailbox has done it again. 2 messages were left Friday, I listened to them via email notification. Today, the same 2 arrived via email again. I checked the mailbox via phone and it has 4 new messages in it, I left them there for you. The messages are nothing private, so if they need to be listened to to hear the actual time stamp, feel free. You have my number via PM already.

I'll add a "Me Too". It's been happening for a week or so. Unfortunately, I re-deleted everything yesterday before reading this. PM sent to FONGO_mike.

Re: Deleted VMs show up repeatedly
Pychen: hit MIKE with another PM, as it is the weekend, he will likely be in Monday and be able to deal with it again then.
From what others have posted, it seems like the problem is still occurring, and there has been no formal word that I have seen about any cause nor fix from Fongo channels....

Re: Deleted VMs show up repeatedly
We are now considering this issue to be resolved. You should no longer be receiving duplicates of any messages in your inbox (unless someone is pulling a prank on you and keeps calling back leaving the exact same message )
If this does keep happening, please let us know right away.
And thank you to everyone who responded by sending me their numbers about this. It made it much easier to find the root of the problem with good examples in hand.
