hello. I have a free phone line number that was working properly for the last 8 years. But it's stop working recently. . I also tried to log in/forgot password on freephone line.ca [so I can forward the calls] website but it keeps on saying there is no account found using any of my emails!
my question is, can I transfer my free phone line number 2 fungo home phone or mobile phone?
if yes, I am not tech savvy. I am 75 years old. Is it hard to set up new box or do I just plug it in?
Thank you

Re: Freephoneline.ca number transfer to fongo
You're not going to be able to transfer anything if you no longer have an FPL account.
Make sure to check your online, webmail spam folders for potential password reset emails from Fongo/Freephoneline.
You'll need to submit a ticket to check the status of your account and to ensure that you still have access to it: https://support.fongo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Choose "My account inquiry" for the final issue type. Please note that support staff does not work on weekends or holidays.
If you do have access to your FPL account, yes you can transfer your FPL number: https://support.freephoneline.ca/hc/en- ... Home-Phone.
