It's been a while since G729 has been disabled on incoming calls?
Is there a reason for this?
Are you planning to allow G729 on incoming at any time in the future?
No G729 on incoming calls...

Can't help but mention that this USED to work, but it was "broken" at the same time incoming DTMF was "broken".
Kris, I emplore you to speak to them and find out what they changed. I'm not the only one who has an issue with this. I'd BET it is a trivial config error.
PLEASE?
