Can I port phone# from another VoIP Provider (i.e. vbuzzer)?

Hello,

I currently have a yearly VoIP plan with vbuzzer as well as FPL. Currently, vbuzzer gives you 416 Toronto numbers while FPL gives you 647. I would prefer to have a 416 Toronto number and was wondering if it is possible for me to port my vbuzzer phone number over to my FPL account or is it only possible to port numbers from non-SIP phone services?

Yep, you can port to us from practically any service, vBuzzer included.
However, since vBuzzer does not use a paper bill, we will require screenshots of your last invoice from your online control panel on the vBuzzer website.

I want to do the same thing but I don't see anything like invoice from vBuzzer website but I can have my Account Overview screenshot which is including Status and Balance. Could you please let me know if this is OK or what exact info you need.

Send an email to admin@freephoneline.ca and I will send you one of our letter of authorization forms which you will edit on the COMPUTER and then print, sign, and resend to us with your included bill, screenshots etc...

What I have to do to port my # from Vonage to FPL

Same thing with vBuzzer, we need a paper or electronic bill and one of our own forms filled out to our standards (typed and signed).
