Hi,
I ported my local number to FPL, now I couldn't make any out call. I use UTstarcom ATA and have another FPL number that does work fine. When I make out call, totally no respond, but I can get income call. I have called customer service and he said that probably is portal issue. I am wondering if anyone had similar problem. Please see the result:
