I tried to get a second phone # , keep getting ((THIS E-MAIL ALREADY REGISTERD)) message , what is the proper way to get a second number on the same account ? as far as I know each account can have to phone numbers

Each account can only have one number tied to it. This is because the info in that account is used for 911/call display purposes. If you have two numbers under one account we have no way to know that you're using them both at the same residence. Just use a second email and sign up for another
