Why is my account invalid? I had it working for 3 days or so, and now I get Invalid account when trying to login.
The phone # seems to still work since I have the Follow Me service turned on, but I can't log on to my account from the Web site, or from the Phone software.

There was an SQL error this morning, it's since been fixed.

When I enter my email and password, I get the message "Invalid account." on the Web site. This is not a problem with the password, because it won't even acknowledge my email as being registered. My account was working prior to Monday.
The account does work, because when I call my assigned FPL number, the follow me service kicks in and forwards the call to another phone number. So the account is working, unfortunately, I can't change any of my settings or dial out using my computer software because I can't log in.
