Number porting after trying out ATA config

Post by sternem »

I currently have a freephone line number and have used the softphone. I'd like to buy the ATA config file to use my ATA for a month to see if the quality could replace my Bell line. If I'm happy with this after that time, I'd then want to port my landline number. Would there be any additional fee (outside of the 19.95 to do the number port) to redo any ATA config?

Thanks

No extra fee. Number porting will take 3-4 weeks to go through, in that time do not cancel your existing services until the number is working through us.
