I'm just wondering, if I port my phone number to Fongo and/or buy other services to them, do we have any kind of access to toll free phone customer service in the event that we have an issue with either our purchase or need support down the road?

There is no number you can call unfortunately. This forum is community based support and is very good 
, other than that they have a ticket support where you can get help. Again, that system works very well, but it is obviously not as fast as calling them.
