I tried to dial 18008716803 or 18888766262 to MBNA and no success. My dial plan as below.
(911|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|<:416>310xxxxS0|18xxxxxxxxxS0|1900xxxxxxx!|1xxxxxxxxxx|011xxxxxxxxxxxx.|98*|[6-7]x*xxxxxxxxxxx.)

I used WRT54GL (tomato) then PAP2T-NA

What's the "no success" part? It tells you it's long distance? You hear beeps? It's a competing bank that answers?

Those numbers work. I've just tried it.

I heard the 11 digits dialed and then dead air. No beeps at all.

Can you dial any other number? Can you dial other 888 or 800 numbers?

Just for fun, try to switch this part 18xxxxxxxxxS0 with this instead 18xxxxxxxxx? It really should work though, I'm just throwing wild ideas out there.

Is there a setting for number of seconds before dial plan is processed? Default is 4, Check yours for fun.

Thank you all for your support. It dials out properly now. Not sure if it's related to last night's outage.
