broken in out
hi i used to have broken out going voice but after the server maintenance 2 days ago now i have the incoming broken also i reboot the spa2102 codec chiang all the work ,my set up is modem---->voip----->router------>>

Broken sound in either direction is a symptom of either:
1. Improper traffic management in your router. Check Quality of Service (QoS) settings, search the net for information about VoIP and your router model.
2. Your ISP is messing up with the traffic to make this feature useless, so that in turn you can purchase their internet telephone service.
