Cisco SPA 122 doesent change to fongo server.

I bought Cisco SPA 122 from kijiji but i couldn't change it to fongo free phone line. because the modem is still connected with another provider. How can I fix this problem? Please help me.

Here's a great article on how to reset the SPA122 to its factory defaults:

After you follow one of these methods, configure the ATA as per the guide here: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=16340.

yes i do factory defaults but still system configuration= restricted access domains old provider name and not connect fongo server

In that case, I'd imagine your ATA is locked down. Unfortunately I can't find any official ways to unlock it.

Sorry, I have no idea. I'm not familiar with the 122 but from cursory Google searches, it looks to be tricky to unlock.

I suggest you Google what you're looking for and check support forums on the SPA 122.
