I can't hear voice from the caller for incoming calls

Hi all,
I can't hear voice from caller when incoming calls. they can hear me but I can't hear them. No problem at all for out going call. they can hear me and I can hear them.
Can you please enyone help me.
My set up as below and I have internet service with bell and it is hooked up with bell modem.
